Guys,

A good friend of mine is due to retire from the RAF and is doing an event for Help for Heroes.

If anyone has any dosh they want to donate..... it's a very good cause.

I have been trying to put the actual poster on here but as im IT illiterate it's not working.

Nick is going to do the Ironman challenge, hats of to him.
