Found this in the back of a long lost suitcase, it was taken in April 1989, and we had just finished 3/4 days traipsing around Cyprus, I think it was taken in Paramali village (gunfight at the Ok corral)

April 1989, ah yes i was on 34 then, probably on leave back in the UK or stuck in a fucking tower or 12 SU or something.

Yep it is Mick Yusof, he left 19 Sqn in the summer of 89 and went to 3 Sqn, if memory serves, a good lad, and always friendly. :niceone:

I was posted off 19 the year before. All our previous battlecamps had been to Sennybridge. Fast forward in time 3 years and I find myself in the NAAFI at bloodhound camp with my TA unit (Left Regt Oct 89) whilst standing in line with my mouth breathing chav new comrades I looked up to see on the wall 19Sqn camp photo starring all my old muckers! I have seldom felt so lost and missing those days. :cry:
