I was never a quitter and I would run til I puked then carry on running and do the extra 50 push ups I was given when we finished. My problem was I was a smoker and a bit of an idle twat on the quite and sort of talked myself into believing (to my shame ) that I wouldn't hack the physical. Plus the throwing myself from a plane bit didn't hold to much appeal although it was oft said that once you had done it once etc etc

Peer pressure would have got you out the door rob, its all about trusting your canopy and i had to pull my reserve on my very first jump ok it was only a joint service parachute course and i was the 1st rock of 5 on the course the rest were pongo's about 15 of them, i am not sure who had the hardest me on my 2nd jump or the 5 who had to jump after my 1st you should have seen the looks on everyones face after i landed i am not sure what was more funny them looking at me or me looking at them

Hello mate, I've not poked my head in here for a long while, but I'm on the 22/10 PGSC. Second time lucky! Although I've been making my own luck in the gym mostly!
Good to see the banter still flowing around here!

Good luck mate... You know the drill... Head down, don't attract attention and no matter what they do or say think to yourself "I am a rubber duck, you can't crack me"... Don't say it aloud though...
