Rick Chapman was a Cpl instructor when I was doing Basics in 89-90. The then went to 1 Sqn. There's a tragic note on his facebook page:
*This message comes from Rick's family*

I am saddened to share that my dad is very unwell. Unfortunately there isn't a chance of recovery and he is deteriorating quickly.
We know dad means a lot to so many and want to offer the opportunity for those who want to come and say goodbye or to pass on any messages you would like us to share with him.

He is at home with his family. If you would like to visit I have tagged myself and Scott in the post-please get in touch and we can send on our address.

My dad is a proud man so please respect his privacy in the details of his illness.

Love the Chapmans

Very sad news

Cancel my last, he's now passed away. Cpl instructor RTS(B) from at least 89-90, was a Sgt on 1 Sqn in 1991, looking on facebook, he was also on 15 and 34. I'm sure some of the other lads on here may be able to fill in the gaps. Ginge, could you do what you do so well on the roll of honour?

Stand down Gunner :salute:

I updated the Roll to reflect Flight Sergeant rather than just Sergeant.
