I have heard women say the same thing about men! Business could not function without some human input and when things go wrong it is usually human error. IMO there are too many women in the workplace who think they are men but if something it said or stated in an email and they don't like it watch out because they will be after your ass with a complaint or cry like a fucking baby.

I was brought up to speak politely to people or not bother speaking to them at all. And although I do (very rarely) throw my toys out of the pram I find that polite retoric usually wins out. I apply the same principals to the written word ,although it is much easier to write offensively when the person is not stood infront of you.I also tend to think before I speak so as not to cause offence.
( I hope no-one is offended by this)
